Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using MedVibe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Nature of the platform

MedVibe is a technology platform that facilitates connections between patients and independent licensed healthcare practitioners. MedVibe does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. Clinical services are provided by independent regulated practitioners who are not employees of MedVibe.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your province) to register an account. Services may have additional eligibility requirements specified on each service page.

4. No guarantee of clinical outcomes

MedVibe does not guarantee any specific clinical outcome, including but not limited to prescriptions, diagnoses, medical notes, or any other clinical determination. All clinical decisions are made at the sole discretion of the assigned licensed practitioner.

5. Emergency care

MedVibe is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency department. If you are having thoughts of self-harm, contact a crisis line (Canada: call or text 988).

6. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, provide false information, attempt to circumvent clinical safeguards, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Fees

Applicable fees are displayed before service confirmation. All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Refund policies vary by service type.

9. Limitation of liability

10. Governing law
