Create your account
Sign up in minutes. We collect only what we need: your name, email, and basic health information. No unnecessary data, ever.
Your account is secure and private. All data is handled in line with Canadian privacy legislation. We never sell your data.

Choose a service
Browse our small set of services and select the one that fits your need. Each service page clearly explains what to expect.
Services are categorized by how they’re delivered: asynchronous review, appointment booking, or a hybrid of both.

Complete your intake
Move through a calm, conversational questionnaire at your own pace. Save your progress and return any time. No time pressure.
Our questionnaires are designed with clinical accuracy in mind. Red-flag questions are built in to detect situations that require urgent care.

Clinician review
A licensed Canadian clinician reviews your intake thoroughly. They may reach out with follow-up questions through your secure account.
Every case is reviewed by a regulated health practitioner. No automated decisions are made about your care.

Receive your response
You'll be notified when your clinician has completed their review. All responses, notes, and next steps appear in your patient dashboard.
If a prescription is appropriate and issued by your clinician, it’s sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice (where applicable).
