MedVibe started from a quiet observation: getting access to basic healthcare in Canada is harder than it should be. Long waits. Limited availability. Rigid appointment structures. We wanted to build something calmer — designed by clinicians, shaped around real Canadian patients.

What MedVibe does
We connect Canadians with licensed clinicians for the kinds of care that telehealth handles well — prescription renewals, virtual consultations, medical notes, weight management, ADHD assessments, and blood-work review. Each pathway is intentionally narrow, scoped to what a remote clinician can responsibly handle.
Why we built it
Getting basic care in Canada has become quietly difficult — long waits, rigid appointment windows, and call-centre triage. We wanted something calmer and more honest: a way to ask a clinician a question without rearranging your week, and a clear answer about whether telehealth is the right setting for what you need.
How it actually helps
Most requests start with an asynchronous intake you complete at your own pace. A licensed Canadian clinician reviews it, asks follow-up questions if something is unclear, and either responds with next steps or refers you to in-person care. No phone tag, no portal labyrinth, no algorithmic stand-in for clinical judgment.

MedVibe is operated and reviewed in Canada, by Canadian-licensed practitioners working under their provincial regulatory colleges. Patient data lives on Canadian infrastructure and is handled in line with Canadian privacy legislation. We are not a replacement for primary care — we complement the care you already receive.

Note on practitioners. MedVibe partners with licensed, regulated Canadian health practitioners. All practitioners operate under their respective provincial regulatory colleges and are bound by their professional standards of practice. MedVibe does not employ practitioners directly or direct clinical decision-making.
